These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website stitchkite.com (the “Site”) operated by ZhiYuan Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), and your purchase of digital cross stitch patterns from the Site. By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Products
All products sold on this Site are digital files (PDF cross stitch patterns) delivered via instant download after checkout. Because they are digital, no physical item will be shipped.
Each pattern includes: a full-color preview, DMC color key with thread numbers, symbol chart, materials/size guide, beginner stitching instructions, and a personal use license.
2. License — Personal Use Only
When you purchase a pattern, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use license. You may:
– Print and stitch the pattern for yourself
– Stitch it as a gift for family or friends
– Frame and display your finished work
You may not:
– Resell, redistribute, or share the digital file with others (in whole or in part)
– Upload the PDF to any website, group, or sharing platform
– Use the design for commercial production or mass reproduction (e.g., selling finished items made from our charts, or licensing the design to brands) without written permission
– Claim the design as your own
One purchase = one person’s use. If a friend loves the pattern, please send them the product link — we appreciate the support!
3. Pricing & Payment
– All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD).
– Payment is processed securely by PayPal.
– We may adjust prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
– Occasionally we may run discounts or bundle offers — those prices apply only during the offer period.
4. Delivery
Downloads are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation email with download instructions. If you do not receive your file within 1 hour of purchase, contact [email protected].
5. Refunds
Our refund policy is described on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these Terms. In short: digital sales are final, but we offer a 14-day replacement/refund guarantee for legitimate file problems.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, charts, text, images, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of ZhiYuan Studio and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
– Use automated tools to scrape, download, or harvest content in bulk
– Interfere with the Site’s normal operation
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZhiYuan Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
