Our 14-Day Guarantee
If you have any problem with your file within 14 days of purchase, email us at [email protected] and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund. This covers:
– Wrong download — you received a different pattern than the one you ordered
– Corrupted file — the PDF fails to open or is unreadable
– Pattern not as expected — the design differs significantly from the preview shown on the product page
What We Ask
To help us help you quickly, please include in your email:
1. Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
2. The name of the pattern
3. A short description of the problem (a screenshot helps)
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
When Refunds Are Not Available
– Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
– Patterns that were already used, shared, or redistributed
– Requests where the file works correctly but the buyer changed their mind about the design (we still encourage you to contact us — we may offer a store credit or exchange)
